Booking & Refund Policy

1. Booking Information

All booking information provided must be accurate. A minimum of 50% must be paid at booking confirmation. The remaining is due at check-in.

2. Refund on Cancellation by Guest

If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before arrival, you are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 7 days of arrival, no refund.

3. Modification

You may request a date or room type change at least 7 days before arrival. Subject to availability, deposit carries forward without extra fee.

4. No-Show

No-shows will be treated as cancelled with 100% retention.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days after approval.
